IGEDE LANGUAGE MONTHLY DIGEST.

onakingston@gmail.com 07031870710/08054446801

Welcome to the maiden edition of IGEDE LANGUAGE DIGEST. It is going to be monthly and I promise God’s willing, it will be educative and revealing. It has been my desire to promote IGEDE language, the language most people believe was what Adam and Eve used in the Garden of Eden and widely used before the Tower of Babel. I have been doing a weekly publication of few features of the language, but those weekly aspects and others will be included in the monthly edition. I wish you a memorable time as we journey to unravel the beauty of this language. Constructive suggestions and criticisms are welcome, as we hope to improve the Digest. WELCOME!!!

IGEDE PROVERBS.

Proverbs are important aspect of Igede language and vital means of communication especially among the elders. Their meanings are not easily comprehensible, especially at the surface level. Kindly ask an elderly person close to you the following questions and you will be glad at the revelation you will get. How do we know the meaning of Igede proverbs? Can there be more meanings to a particular proverb? In what forms do Igede proverbs appear? What function do they perform? Are they restriction to the use of Igede proverbs?
