If we find ourselves in a season of waiting, may we hear not the murmur of self-will and be weary by the much cares or the voice of Satan and the world. May we only listen to you and what you will have us do. Jesus, multiply your grace as we wait for you. Give us strength and peace to stay through pain, tears, uncertainties and even in times of joy. Let our trust in you remain true and exact in season and out of season.
Isaiah 40:31
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” (KJV)
“Angị godayị gbe ụbwọ ọdada bwu ẹga nya Amkpaa ka ye ọngịrị onyeewe. Ị ka hụ lachwọ ịnyịịngịrị la idu, ị ka rụnyẹ, ịnyịrọ-ọ́ tị ka chaa pyẹpyẹ ka, ị ka jẹdịyẹ, ị́ tị ka kpụ ịbwọ ka.” (Igede)
“But pipol wey dey wait for God to kom help dem go get new strent and pawa. Dem go fly high like eagle; even wen dem run, dem nor go taya and wen dem waka, dem nor go faint.” (Pidgin)
