A thriller legend, James Hardley Chase said that "the dead stay dumb". I will not argue with him because I have no means of confirmation.
The scripture says, " death is the end of mortals and they have no contact with the living" that I believe and hold on to by faith.
But my people says " they are very much around and can punish or bless". I grew up to hear this and they keep pointing to the forefathers that said it.
So, whatever the reality is, I hope this my letter will meet you well.
The old way has tradition, values and norms. The new way says to hell with that. We’ll dress how we want, speak how we want, eat how we want, and act how we want — and it will be no barrier to success.
That is the situation of things in our land now. Funny enough, it seems the old reminants are comfortable with that.
