What is behind HRH Chief Daniel Ulegede ” s meeting with aspirants from Oju ahead of the Oju / Obi House of Rep. PDP primary ? The meeting which went viral on social media has not disclosed the outcome giving the impression that the Royal father could be discriminatory in middling with political activities of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) as they relates in particular with the conspiracy to oust the incumbent Rt Hon Samson Okwu .
Basically, it will be difficult to evade the accusations that what brought the Traditional Ruler to meeting with political aspirants cannot be outside political discuss . Worst still , is coming openly to display the conspiracy approach to inciting regrouping on Clannish sentiments . Therefore , the burden of rebuttal is on the Traditional Ruler or the organizers of that political parley to convince the public while the meeting should not be construed to mean an attempt to heat unhealthy politics in Oju /Obi House of Representatives matters .
HRH Chief Daniel Ulegede is a reputable traditional ruler who has earned the respect and confidence beyond the shores Oju Local Govt . Intermediate Traditional Council . He has previously urged the Adutu Obi , HRH Chief Chris Ijale to impress upon Rt Hon Samson Okwu to step down for Oju aspirants in the race for the 2023 House of Rep . However , it is naturally civil to let the public know what pushed the Traditional ruler out of his palace to engage with participants of the dirty game of politics .
Honestly , my fear is to ensure that the glowing regalia of His Royal Highness is not stained .
