A POEM ON POLITICAL JEALOUSY
Political jealousy, a venomous seed, That grows in hearts, with wicked greed. It poisons minds, and corrupts the soul, And consumes the heart, like a black hole. It feeds on envy, and thrives on hate, As it seeks to undermine and berate. It blinds the eyes, and deafens the ears, To truth and reason, and all that is dear. Political jealousy, a dangerous game, That feeds on power, and seeks to maim. It sows the seeds of discord and division, And destroys the bonds of human connection. It breeds contempt, and fuels the fire, Of rage and resentment, with evil desire. It tears apart the fabric of society, And leaves in its wake, a trail of anxiety. So let us rise above this toxic trait, And strive for a world that's free of hate. Let us work towards a brighter tomorrow, Where love and compassion can truly follow. For political jealousy has no place, In a world where humanity can embrace. Let us unite and rise above the fray, And build a better world, day by day.
